It produces products for consumption, household needs, and medicinal and agricultural uses. * Common names include: aizen (Mauritania), mukheit (Arabic), hanza (Hausa), bere (Bambara), ngigili (Fulani), mandiarha (Berber), anza (Zarma) and taedent (Tamasheq).
