The recapitalisation involved a significant reduction of the Company’s secured debt, the UK operations and subsidiaries being separated from its Australian operations, such that the Company no longer owns the UK operations and the issuance of new shares to the Company’s senior lender group representing 95% of the Company’s issued capital. * The Company’s operations are now limited to Australia. |
